The Dansoman Circuit Court is currently charging Ghanaian artist Christopher Nelson, better known by his stage as Mr. Logic, with scamming a US citizen and his family.

The monies involved in the alleged fraud are $21,000.00 and GH₵48,000.

Khori Edward Lewis, the fraud victim, is a musician and citizen of the United States who lives in Pantang. Monica Spence, claiming to be Mr. Logic’s manager, presented Lewis and his family to Mr. Logic on their tour to Ghana.

According to the Ghana Immigration Service’s research, each resident permit costs $1,000.08, the court was told.
