Gospel musician Broda Sammy’s accusations have been answered by Nana Kwaku Osei, better known by her stage name Nacee. While he intends to address Sammy’s allegations in detail at a later date, Nacee told Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz that he encourages Sammy to concentrate on his career.
Nacee suggested that it is pointless to argue with people who have not completely recovered by drawing a comparison between Broda Sammy’s predicament and a clinic or mental health facility. “The church is like a clinic,” he remarked. We all go there in search of guidance, therapy, or recovery. If you are not careful, someone may strike out at you, and you may make a mistake in your response since some individuals are not totally healed. People would question why I am fighting with a crazy person if I go to the Pantang Psychiatric Hospital and someone smacks me but I fight with them because they are well-dressed. I therefore deal with some things at the appropriate moment.
Broda Sammy was also cautioned by Nacee to watch what he says, especially when Sammy threatened to not be nominated for a Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) till Nacee passed away. Nacee questioned why someone must die for him to receive an award, pointing out that such remarks would draw the attention of the authorities. He pushed Sammy to put out a song that satisfies the requirements of TGMA.

Despite the conflict, Nacee said he would be happy to assist Broda Sammy if necessary. Broda Sammy’s earlier claims that Nacee removed his cover of her song “Aseda” after it garnered more views than the original and that Nacee’s influence on the TGMA board kept him from being nominated were followed by this remark.
